The castle in Hradec nad Moravici is situated on the north - east hook of Nizky Jesenik mountains above the confluence of the river Moravice and the stream Hradecna. The first information of Hradec and its castle site come from the middle of the 11th century. An original gothic castle was rebuilt to Renaissance one and later to the baroque chateau and its typical form was obtained by the reconstruction in the Empire style. The whole complex of historical buildings with a large park consists of Bily zamek (White chateau), behind it so called Bila vez (White tower) shoots up and to the area we come through the gate belonging to Cerveny zamek (Red chateau).

Stylish environment of the Cerveny zamek chateau creates perfect conditions for individual stay and for accommodation of groups connected with cultural interests, sport and tourism. Annual exhibition season in the chateau taking time from May to the end of September with numerous chamber artistic entrances take place on the summer platform by "Bila vez" tower and on the courtyard of the "Cerveny zamek" chateau at weekends.
